Britney and Susette co-lead every engagement, bringing unique but complementary perspectives to the room. Britney employs disciplined strategy and multi-layered analysis, drawing on her background as a trial lawyer and U.S. Marine. Susette brings decision efficiency and transformational frameworks, honed during her years as a law enforcement professional and mindset strategist.

One of the most impactful parts of the Key Point Leadership Training for me was creating the vision board. It really made me think. It’s something I can display in my office as a daily reminder of who I am, what my mission is, and how I can better interact with my team and other BCFS staff to make our work even more impactful.
